About the event
Anana Kaye is a Georgian-American singer-songwriter and multidisciplinary artist based in Nashville, Tennessee. Blending elements of Americana and alternative music, Anana’s songs are intimate yet expansive, driven by a husky, arresting vocal style and a deep attention to lyric. She works in close collaboration with Irakli Gabriel, her longtime creative partner and a Georgian-American musician and producer.
Growing up in a culture rich with deep musical traditions, Kaye was profoundly influenced by the storytelling nature of Georgian music. That influence continues to shape her work, particularly in the intricate nature of her arrangements, melodies, and vocal harmonies.
Anana released her debut EP Sentient in 2016, followed by her full-length album Detour in 2019. 2021 marked the release of Whispers And Sighs, a collaboration with Americana pioneer David Olney.
